Effective October 2026.

Alden Vehicle Reports collects what you type into the estimate and the order form: name, email, phone, address, VIN, mileage, repair figures, claim numbers, and the files you upload. The free estimate stores the email so the range can be tied to a person. We do not sell that list.

Payment cards are handled by Stripe. We store Stripe's session id, not the card number. The VIN is sent to NHTSA's public decoder. If an invoice model is turned on, the invoice text or image is sent to that provider under the key the owner configures.

Order files and supporting documents are retained for up to 24 months to support your claim and any follow-up questions, after which they are scheduled for deletion, or deleted sooner upon your request.

An invoice can contain a shop's information and, sometimes, another person's name. Upload only the file you have the right to share.

This site is not aimed at children. If you want a copy of what we stored, or you want it deleted, write through the contact form or aldenvehicleclaims@gmail.com. Residents of states with consumer privacy statutes (including California) may request access to or deletion of their personal information at any time by contacting aldenvehicleclaims@gmail.com.

Alden is not a law firm. Nothing on this site or in a report is legal advice, a coverage opinion, or a statement that an insurer must pay.
