How it works

Three steps from accident to settlement

1. Get a free estimate

Enter your VIN (or year, make, and model), mileage, ZIP code, and the insurer's settlement offer or repair total. In about a minute you'll see whether your claim qualifies and an estimated recovery range—free, with no credit card required.

2. Order your $300 valuation report

If the recovery gap is worth pursuing, upload your carrier's valuation worksheet (such as CCC One, Mitchell, or Audatex), settlement offer letter, or repair estimate. Confirm your claim details and complete checkout for a flat $300 fee—never a percentage of your settlement.

3. Send it and get paid

Your Valuation Report and a state-specific demand letter are delivered by email within one business day. The demand letter is one you send in your own name, with your Alden Vehicle Report attached. The report documents your vehicle's fair market value using recognized industry price guides, VIN-decoded factory equipment, mileage and condition adjustments, and applicable state sales tax, title, and registration recovery.

If your vehicle was repaired instead of totaled

Even after quality repairs, an accident on your vehicle history report reduces what buyers will pay. Our Diminished Value Report ($300 flat fee) documents your pre-loss and post-repair market value along with a demand letter you send in your own name, with your Alden Vehicle Report attached, so you can recover that lost resale value. Check your vehicle on the diminished value tab.

Alden is not a law firm. Nothing on this site or in a report is legal advice, a coverage opinion, or a statement that an insurer must pay.
